LEMON CUCUMBER MINT DETOX WATER

—Serves 8

6 cups of water

3 large lemons

1 large cucumber, sliced

8 sprigs mint

Instructions

RINSE ALL INGREDIENTS✨Fill up a pitcher with water (about 6 cups). Squeeze the juice from 2 lemons into the pitcher. Cut the third lemon into slices and it to the pitcher along with cucumber slices and mint and let all ingredients seton the fridge for 1-3 hours before drinking. The longer it sets the more flavorful the water. Fill the remaining pitcher with ice. Enjoy chilled in a glass.

Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss Water

- Serves 1

1 cup water

1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional to reserve slices to add to the water)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

liquid Stevia few drops to sweeten to desired taste(I do not do this, but it’s an option. tbu this is my least favorite detox so I never do it🥴butttt many ppl use this detox and have great results)

In a glass add ice, water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and a few drops of liquid Stevia to sweeten to desired taste(I do not do this but it is an option due to taste). Mix well and enjoy!

Strawberry-Lemon Mint Detox Water

Serves 8

2 Lemon

1 1/2 cup of Fresh Strawberries

10 Mint Springs

6 Cups of Water

Instructions

RINSE ALL INGREDIENTS✨Slice the lemon and strawberries. Bruise mint leaves. Place everything in a pitcher. Add ice and pour in water. let all ingredients seton the fridge for 1-3 hours before drinking. The longer it sets the more flavorful the water. Fill the remaining pitcher with ice. Enjoy chilled in a glass.

Mixed Berries Infused Water

- Serves 1

1 cup water or sparkling water (I prefer spring water)

2 slices of lemon

1/4-1/2 cup fresh berries blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries

Instructions

RINSE ALL INGREDIENTS✨Slice the lemon and strawberries. Then place all of your fruit and ice into a glass and add in your water. Let all ingredients set in the fridge for 1 hour before drinking. The longer it sets the more flavorful the water. Enjoy chilled in a glass. Perfect on a hot summer day!
